Clinical Trials
The Pediatric Clinical Trials Office at Children’s of Alabama is seeking patients who might benefit from participation in any of our current trials. The CTO supports a wide range of clinical trials offered within the Alabama Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders, a collaboration between Children’s and the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB).
Our CTO includes a team of experts with a large portfolio of clinical trials from multiple national consortia, including access to the newest therapies (Phase 1, developmental therapeutics). Clinical care is provided in specialty clinics and inpatient units at Children’s of Alabama, one of the largest pediatric medical facilities in the United States. Faculty and research staff from UAB utilize the resources of the institution’s strong and long-established research infrastructure, including the O’Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center.
