Patient Billing Standard Charges

Children’s of Alabama is required by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to provide a complete list of gross charges, insurance negotiated rates and cash prices. There is an additional requirement to provide a list of 300 shoppable services. Below is a list of these charges and rates as of December 1, 2022.
