Nutrition Month
Celebrate National Nutrition Month with the Clinical Nutrition Department. The Nutrition Department employs Registered Dietitians and Diet Technicians that see patients in the inpatient and outpatient setting. Our mission is to provide comprehensive nutritional care and education of the highest quality based on current evidence in pediatric nutrition to all patients and families of Children's of Alabama, and to educate the staff and community to promote optimal nutrition and promote research and medical education in the field of pediatric nutrition.
