Dr. Fettig graduated from The University of Alabama where she earned her bachelor of science degree in Microbiology and her bachelor of arts degree in Spanish. She earned her medical degree from The University of Alabama School of Medicine in 2010 and completed her internship and residency at The University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2013. She is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is married to Dr. David Fettig in Internal Medicine-Gastroenterology and has one daughter, Savannah. Her professional interests include injury prevention and childhood obesity, and her personal interests include travel, music, speaking Spanish, and enjoying quality time with her family and friends.
